We have used this company twice and our first experience was good, our second however, not so much. We finished a new home in January 2016 and had carpet installed by them. The installers(not the owner) did a horendous job. Cuts were off and they pieced sections together to make up the difference. After we were told the carpet stretched more than they thought. Seams were not great and almost 1 year later our carpet looks terrible. Shoes have never once touched the carpet and we are meticulous with it. Have tried calling to get someone to come look at it and no one will call me back. Disappointed that companies just don't stand behind what they sell anymore.
I stopped in the store and found great products and prices and service! They showed me the best carpet for the best price for the one I was looking at. The installation was a wonderful job and timely. Even had to help us move stuff. I will definitely buy from here again! Thank you! Far above the bigger stores~
Jason did a terrible job & wouldn't return our calls. Grout is falling apart, tiles are chipped, and more. Called manager who said they'd send someone else but stood us up multiple times.

I just can’t get over how the new floors have changed the entire look of our room! The color is beautiful and blends so well with the existing hardwood in the rest of our home.
The price was way more than other companies but I like to be supportive of local businesses. They had to reschedule multiple times and when they did get it installed they only finished half and came back a week later to finish the other half. They didn't prep the floor underneath so within weeks there were staples coming through the laminate in over 20 places. They came out and looked and said they didn't have the laminate any longer and I would have to pay for it and it would be too much work for them to do. Needless to say the floor is still damaged and they won't do anything about it. Save yourself the money and heartache and don't go here.
